Epos Gala

Join us for the 3rd Annual Epos Gala on Saturday, February 17, 2024 as we gather to support the life changing organization focused on our youth throughout the State of Oklahoma. Celebrate the power of Epos within the Oklahoma community. This charity gala features an evening of dinner and cocktails, live and silent auctions with one-of-a-kind experiences, live entertainment and inspiring stories of youth and their families.

Epos Sports Experience is a faith based sports-minded 501c3 nonprofit organization that is changing the lives of athletes 7th-12th. We strive to provide a lifeline of positive Christian mentors of highly skilled Coaches, Professional Athletes, Counselors, Fitness Experts, Sports Nutritionist and Life Coaches, We are impacting young athletes and coaches to overcome adversities through the importance of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Our camps provide an environment that enhances an athletes’ skill level in Football, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling, Volleyball and Tennis. We provide a playbook on mental toughness, personal branding, plus tackling tough teen issues such as understanding the risk of drug addiction in athletes, depression, bullying and suicide. Our team works with our teens 365 days a year to overcome adversities they face.

In June 2023, over 1480 youth attended EPOS weeklong camp at OSU and served over 14,000 meals! The average cost per athlete to attend is $350 which includes dorms and meals. Through Gala and Corporate Sponsorships, we provided 697 full scholarships and reduced camp registration cost to $99 for every youth. What is even more incredible is over 400 kids accepted Christ during this powerful week.

In 2024, Epos is striving to increase registration to 1800 youth, sponsor at least 750 and host 8 Day Camps at no cost across Oklahoma. We are also bringing back “5th Quarter”; A movement to reconnect teens outside of social media, grow friendships, and build athletics in schools. Epos launched the Sole Program in 2023 donating over 125 pairs of football cleats to Oklahoma coaches for kids in need. We are making a difference today in the lives of youth but to make this possible we need your help Impacting, Inspiring, and Igniting their passion.
